Kelly is a paralegal at Frost Law in Annapolis, MD. She joined the firm in 2025. Kelly holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Spanish from the University of Maryland,College Park. Her education has equipped her with the necessary skills to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues in both English and Spanish. Prior to Frost Law, she gained experience in estate planning and probate, family law, personal injury law, and workers compensation. Kelly's understanding of legal procedures and her knowledge of various areas of law make her an invaluable resource to the firm and its clients.
Kelly is a Southern Maryland native. In her time away from litigation, she enjoys lifting weights, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, reading, and spending time with her dog Oakley.
