Client testimonials

I have known Dan personally for approximately 17 yrs. He handled a legal matter for me back in 2015 and I contacted him again this year (2025) when another matter arose. Dan answered my questions and then referred me to another attorney more experienced with my specific matter. I'm happy to report that my matter is resolved.

Glen Frost and his staff are excellent! Not only do they know the law, they provide great client service. They called me back right away, they explained complicated matters in a very clear way and gave me all of my options. I highly recommend them to any individual or business owner for tax disputes. Thank you to Heather Posey and Frost Law for helping my client with their tax dispute. As an accountant for over 38 years, I’ve worked with several attorneys over the years, and Heather stands out far above the rest. Her command of tax law, strategic thinking, and proactive communication are exceptional. She helped us resolve a complex federal tax issue efficiently and with great results. Awesome Firm!! Thanks!

We’ve started working with Frost Tax Law on our ERC claim that had stalled and was getting extremely frustrated with working with (or dealing with) the IRS. He was able to expedite a quick response as well as getting our claims approved and paid when I was barely able to get a response from the IRS. Highly recommend

Client testimonials

I contacted 6 law firms. Out of 6, I talked to 4 over the phone and 2 over email. Frost & associates, was the only one that listened closely, asked the appropriate questions during the consultation phase. Others were rushing, non attentive, and almost dismissive. Frost was the only one that made me felt heard and assured. After I decided to go with Frost, they were on top of everything, every single step of the way. Kept me in the loop, provided me with case updates regularly. They got my case dismissed before it even went to hearing.

Special Shout out to Nick Berger for doing an amazing job.

If I could, I would give them 10 stars out of 5.

We tried everything before hiring an attorney to deal with the IRS. They were able to get the IRS to correct their own mistake. I hope I never need them again but if I do at least I know where to go next time.

I had an excellent experience working with Frost Law, especially with Heather Posey. She expertly handled my complex tax situation with exceptional thoroughness, deep expertise, and unwavering professionalism. Heather went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported throughout the entire process, demonstrating true empathy for my concerns. I was impressed by how efficiently she completed my case in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Heather Posey and the entire Frost Law team to anyone seeking knowledgeable, compassionate, and effective assistance with tax issues.

Precision

Every detail matters in litigation

The difference between winning and losing often comes down to what you noticed that others missed. I don't overlook anything.

Clarity

You need to understand your options

Legal jargon clouds judgment. I explain your situation plainly so you can make decisions with full knowledge of what's at stake.
