I am Kathy Helm, an attorney liaison who works on Surplus Funds matters nationwide.I am writing this review to express my sincere appreciation for the extreme professionalism and diligence of Frost Law - specifically the Annapolis, MD location. Daniel Staeven took the time to explain every detail of my case and he was incredibly patient with me throughout the process.

In June 2021, attorney Daniel Staeven started to help my wife and me with a complex case in the Montgomery County District Court. The case was about squatters (previous owners) who were engaged in fraudulent acts in order to continue to reside at the property my wife and I purchased directly from the bank. If we did not have good representation, the squatters were probably going to still remain at our home. My wife and I are very thrilled for the service that Daniel Staeven provided. It was a long and bumpy road. Nonetheless, our objective was met by kicking the squatters out of our property. Thanks again, Dan.

I’ve worked with various individuals at Frost and Associates over the past four years. To the person, I couldn’t have been happier with their representation. There have been many complicated issues, and they’ve always taken the time and patience to explain same to me. I’ve probably recommended them to three or four of my friends.

Client testimonials

We had the pleasure of working with Frost & Associates this year to prepare and file ERC returns. Everyone from their administrative staff to their paralegals and attorneys were friendly, professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Highly, highly recommend.

Crista H.

We tried everything before hiring an attorney to deal with the IRS. They were able to get the IRS to correct their own mistake. I hope I never need them again but if I do at least I know where to go next time.

Subversive P.

They provide very informative webinars on cutting edge tax laws.
