Erin, a CPA and Tax Director at Frost Law, brings almost 15 years of tax and financial executive leadership experience, assisting businesses in minimizing income tax burdens and improving financial operations. She excels at identifying and securing valuable credits and incentives for her clients. Previously leading Business Services for a multi-billion dollar industry leader, Erin generated over $20M in direct cash savings and managed a tax incentives portfolio exceeding $60M.

Erin holds a Master of Science in Taxation from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting & Business Administration from Gordon College, both earned with Summa cum Laude honors. Licensed as a CPA in Maryland and Pennsylvania, she is an active member of CFO Alliance, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA). Residing in southern Maryland with her husband, Dave, and two step-daughters, Erin enjoys family time, hiking, reading, gardening, music, and needlework.
