Abigail attended law school at the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law, from which she graduated with honors and a certificate in business law. While in law school, Abigail worked in the Intellectual Property and Entrepreneurship Clinic. During her time in the clinic, Abigail greatly enjoyed drafting contracts and communicating directly with clients to help them start and run small businesses.
Abigail joined the IRS Office of Chief Counsel, Corporate Division after law school and then worked at a law firm in Baltimore, Maryland as a commercial real estate and transactional attorney.
Abigail is originally from Kansas City, Missouri. She graduated with honors from Truman State University, where she studied Philosophy and Religion and minored in French.
Outside of the practice of law, Abigail enjoys spending time with her wonderful husband, dog, and friends. Abigail loves to travel, hike, and read.
