Chris Headrick joined Frost Law in 2026 as the firm's first Chief Operating Officer, where he is responsible for the strategic alignment of Frost's internal operations. In his role, Chris is committed to fostering a collaborative and innovative atmosphere, allowing the firm to continually enhance its legal services. A seasoned strategy and operations consultant, joins Frost after serving at SMBC, a Japanese Investment Bank, as an Executive Director of Finance Change Management and at Invesco as a Director of Internal Consulting. In his previous roles as a Big 4 consultant, Headrick worked with clients focused on large scale strategy and transformation efforts ranging from the federal government to Fortune 100 Investment Banks and Asset Management firms. His approach focuses on understanding client needs and streamlining operations, which ultimately reinforces Frost Law's mission to provide reliable legal guidance. Chris earned his Bachelor of Arts in Economics and Business from Randolph-Macon College, followed by a JD/MBA from the University of Baltimore School of Law. In his free time, Chris enjoys coaching his son's flag football team, exploring the Chesapeake with his goldendoodle, and playing golf.
