Background & History

Nick Sowells is the Talent Acquisition Manager at Frost Law in Annapolis, MD.  As the Talent Acquisition Manager, he is responsible for identifying and recruiting top legal and corporate talent for the firm. He takes great pride in his collaborative process and ability to connect with candidates of all skill sets.

Prior to starting with Frost Law, Nick worked in the Staffing Industry for 12+ years in Maryland. While in Staffing he was focused on the Tax/Accounting/Finance vertical where he directly worked with clients from Fortune 500's to small businesses across a variety of industries including legal and professional services to recruit top Accounting/Finance/Tax professional for his clients.
