Client testimonials

Heather Posey's guidance was invaluable. She handled a complicated tax matter for my client and resolved it faster than expected. She is smart, strategic, and truly cares about helping people. If you're dealing with the IRS or the Comptroller of Maryland, Heather is the person you want representing you. I highly recommend her!

My case resolved with the top 1% of possible outcomes. Just an entirely ridiculous success. I don't have the expertise to know if it was good lawyering per se but I definitely can't rule it out, and the best argument in just about any situation is simply pointing at the scoreboard for how well things worked out. Which is this case was amazingly well.

Heather posey is exception. She has a rare ability to take complicated tax rules and explain them in a way that actually makes sense. She helped guide my client through a difficult IRS situation with confidence and precision. Her professionalism, strategy, and results speak for themselves. Five stars without hesitation.

Thank you to Heather Posey and Frost Law for helping my client with their tax dispute. As an accountant for over 38 years, I’ve worked with several attorneys over the years, and Heather stands out far above the rest. Her command of tax law, strategic thinking, and proactive communication are exceptional. She helped us resolve a complex federal tax issue efficiently and with great results. Awesome Firm!! Thanks!

I found all of the various staff that I interacted with to be exceptionally helpful and understanding of my limited technical abilities on some of the functions that were required to process my Employee Retention Credit claim. I would recommend this firm to any business or individual needing legal advice! Mike Roach/co-owner of Paloma Clothing for the past 50 years.

Frost Law has genuine people who really want to help! They listened to my needs and took their time to review all of my questions and put me at ease with my case. In short, they care!

Aklima H.

Professional and effective. Realistic, methodical planning and execution. After no luck with several companies that claimed huge results, I was referred to Frost and Associates, LLC by a friend that had gone though a similar situation. I have been impressed the whole way through. They are prepared with the next strategy when one doesn't go as planned. They are honest and up front about the possible scenarios and are great with communication.
