Background & History

Zoha joined Frost Law in December of 2020. Prior to joining the firm, Zoha worked at a private tax law firm in San Diego, California. While at the tax law firm, Zoha focused on a variety of tax controversy topics for individuals and small businesses with the Internal Revenue Service and The Franchise Board of California. In this capacity, Zoha also worked on tax trial preparation for the United States Tax Court.

Zoha began her legal journey at the University of London where she received her Bachelors degree in Law. Following undergrad, Zoha earned her L.L.M. in Tax Law at the University of San Diego School of Law. During her time at the University of San Diego School of Law, Zoha worked as a Law Clerk at the University's Federal Tax Clinic where she completed over 100 hours of pro bono service, and provided free independent legal representation to taxpayers in disputes with Internal Revenue Service and represented clients in negotiations with the Internal Revenue Service.
