I can say with absolute confidence that Zachary Lyda, Esq., one of the associates at Frost & Associates, LLC, is an attorney whom I would heartily recommend to anybody in need of a tax attorney. Incredibly knowledgeable and precise in a field in which both traits are in short supply.

I recommend this firm absolutely. Zachary was amazing, answered all my emails, was in constant contact with statuses, everything you expect in a good service. Under promised and over delivered. Would use them again with no doubts. A+

First and foremost, I want to extend my sincere thanks to Mr. Glen Frost for reaching out to me over a weekend several months ago. At the time, I was extremely stressed about a serious tax issue I was facing. After some time, I was assigned to Mr. Lyda, the attorney who worked with me to establish a productive relationship with a new Revenue Officer at the IRS. Zachary was able to communicate with the RO in a clear, professional, and intelligent manner—quite the contrast to my earlier interactions with her predecessor, during which I often became flustered and unable to express myself effectively.

Thanks to Mr. Frost’s initial outreach and Mr. Lyda’s steady guidance, my case has made significant progress, and I finally feel a sense of relief and confidence that the matter is being handled properly. I am deeply appreciative of the patience, professionalism, and genuine care that both of them demonstrated throughout this process.

Please extend my gratitude to the entire team for their continued support and commitment to helping clients like me through difficult situations.

Frost & Associates, LLC provides excellent service. They worked for my non-profit organization on a pro-bono basis to file an appeal from an IRS determination of an ERC application. We are grateful for Zachary Lyda's excellent work!

Client testimonials

When you are having an issue with the IRS, you need professional help to communicate with the right person within the IRS that can help you with your situation. Unfortunately I was not able to find that person and my situation continued to drag on for months. I would communicate by letter and also attempted to use the phone but to no avail. The IRS did not quit working my case and their letters indicated they were getting stronger in demands.

I found Frost Law Firm paid a reasonable retainer, and they were working my case within days. I was very impressed with their contacts within the IRS and how they represented me. Lauren Mata was my attorney and she was very diligent, great at follow up and did everything she said she would do.

My case was settled not long ago, to my benefit as we were able to prove that our position was correct. Whereas I did not have the credibility with the IRS, Frost and Lauren Mata did. I believe I received good value for what I was charged.

I had an excellent experience working with Frost Law, especially with Heather Posey. She expertly handled my complex tax situation with exceptional thoroughness, deep expertise, and unwavering professionalism. Heather went above and beyond to make sure I felt supported throughout the entire process, demonstrating true empathy for my concerns. I was impressed by how efficiently she completed my case in a very timely manner. I highly recommend Heather Posey and the entire Frost Law team to anyone seeking knowledgeable, compassionate, and effective assistance with tax issues.

Outstanding webinar!

We’ve started working with Frost Tax Law on our ERC claim that had stalled and was getting extremely frustrated with working with (or dealing with) the IRS. He was able to expedite a quick response as well as getting our claims approved and paid when I was barely able to get a response from the IRS. Highly recommend
