I had a great experience working with the Frost team. Zach and Rebecca were very helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. They will be my first call when I need their services again.

The webinar was a wealth of timely and essential information, especially for professionals navigating the complexities of the Employee Retention Credit (ERC). It provided clarity on the process for addressing disallowance letters, preparing for IRS audits, and responding effectively to litigation related to ERC claims. What stood out most was how strategic and practical the session was. It broke down not only the reasons many claims are being disallowed but also what to do next—from appealing those decisions to understanding what qualifies as strong documentation and legal support. The presenters offered real guidance on how to stay compliant when submitting ERC claims and how to avoid pitfalls that could lead to disputes or delayed refunds. We also walked away with actionable steps to help secure ERC refunds, ensure claims are audit-ready, and protect clients through proper compliance and proactive measures. Overall, it was a valuable and empowering session that left us better equipped to handle every phase of the ERC process—from application to audit to resolution.

I have been listening to Rebecca Sheppard give her weekly updates and explanations on the various small business grants and loans, tax benefits and other Covid-19 related changes during this pandemic. Her insights and most up to date information on how the new laws and relief packages affect lawyers and other small business owners in the US has been such an asset in getting through this time. Thanks to her guidance and assistance, so many law firms and small businesses were able to navigate the craziness and obtain PPP loans and other grants to help us through the pandemic. She also has assisted me individually, getting back to me right away with creative solutions and advice. I highly recommend Rebecca Sheppard at Frost Law Firm for any of your tax needs.
