She also is the Co Chair of the Pro Bono Committee alongside Partner, Kaitlyn Loughner, Esq., CPA. Over the last two years, Rebecca has used her background in government practice to work with business clients across the country in helping them secure government funding from PPP, EIDL, and the Employee Retention Credit (ERC). Her efforts have allowed her to recover significant refunds for many small and medium-sized businesses around the country.

Rebecca previously worked for the Comptroller of Maryland as a tax attorney in the Hearings and Appeals Section. She conducted administrative hearings, issued binding legal determinations, and negotiated settlement agreements on behalf of the Comptroller of Maryland. Rebecca’s experience both in government and private practice allows her to effectively navigate how businesses can best make tax law work in their favor.

This experience was excellent!

I attended the webinar with Peter & Rebecca, and they were very thorough with the delivery and their knowledge base of the subject matter. Very eager to assist you and your clients, they have an open-door policy and stated several times if you need any specifics just shoot them an email. Definitely clarified areas of uncertainty with all the "opportunist" spreading false and gimmick appealing information to taxpayers. I would recommend any professional or interested taxpayer to seek their advice and guidance.

We had the pleasure of working with Frost & Associates this year to prepare and file ERC returns. Everyone from their administrative staff to their paralegals and attorneys were friendly, professional and kept us informed every step of the way. Highly, highly recommend.

Crista H.

Very communicative and no use of "legaleze" to describe tax situations/complexities!

Keith M.

I would definitely recommend Frost Law to anyone in need of professional legal help. I had a very unique case. When I contacted Frost law, I was able to get a consultation right away. I was given all the information I needed, which was a load off my mind. Very friendly staff. It seemed as though they went the extra mile to help me. Frost Law has a great group of people. Thank you for your service.

Frost Law did everything they said they would do, and the church received their refund.

Glen Frost and his attorneys are professional and extremely knowledgeable. From the beginning I felt like I was a top priority. If I need legal assistance in the future I will definitely be contacting Frost & Associates again.

When you are having an issue with the IRS, you need professional help to communicate with the right person within the IRS that can help you with your situation. Unfortunately I was not able to find that person and my situation continued to drag on for months. I would communicate by letter and also attempted to use the phone but to no avail. The IRS did not quit working my case and their letters indicated they were getting stronger in demands.

I found Frost Law Firm paid a reasonable retainer, and they were working my case within days. I was very impressed with their contacts within the IRS and how they represented me. Lauren Mata was my attorney and she was very diligent, great at follow up and did everything she said she would do.

My case was settled not long ago, to my benefit as we were able to prove that our position was correct. Whereas I did not have the credibility with the IRS, Frost and Lauren Mata did. I believe I received good value for what I was charged.

Outstanding webinar!

Rick B.

Extremely professional and helpful. They seem to be incredibly well-staffed, and everyone I spoke to was very pleasant. The services I needed were outside of my price range, but I have no doubt that they deserve what they charge.
