MSATP: Estate Planning Pitfalls: Case Study of a Deceased Business Owner

Join MSATP and Frost Law for an informative 2-hour in-person seminar case study to demonstrate various estate and tax planning techniques commonly helpful for individual and business owner clients. Our presentation will use a real life example to lead a practical discussion about the benefits of revocable trusts, life insurance, life insurance trusts, gifting, planning for liquidity and business succession planning. The case study will also guide us through post-death issues including when the pitfalls occur, including liquidity issues like tax deferral through 6166 Elections or borrowing, 754 elections.
