I have known Dan personally for approximately 17 yrs. He handled a legal matter for me back in 2015 and I contacted him again this year (2025) when another matter arose. Dan answered my questions and then referred me to another attorney more experienced with my specific matter. I'm happy to report that my matter is resolved.

Dan handled my matter with professionalism, precision, and genuine care. He was responsive, knowledgeable, and consistently went above and beyond to ensure I understood every step of the process. Frost Law’s quality of service is unmatched, but Dan’s personal dedication made all the difference. I highly recommend him and the entire Frost Law team for anyone needing strong, reliable legal support.

In June 2021, attorney Daniel Staeven started to help my wife and me with a complex case in the Montgomery County District Court. The case was about squatters (previous owners) who were engaged in fraudulent acts in order to continue to reside at the property my wife and I purchased directly from the bank. If we did not have good representation, the squatters were probably going to still remain at our home. My wife and I are very thrilled for the service that Daniel Staeven provided. It was a long and bumpy road. Nonetheless, our objective was met by kicking the squatters out of our property. Thanks again, Dan.

Client testimonials

Thank you to Heather Posey and Frost Law for helping my client with their tax dispute. As an accountant for over 38 years, I’ve worked with several attorneys over the years, and Heather stands out far above the rest. Her command of tax law, strategic thinking, and proactive communication are exceptional. She helped us resolve a complex federal tax issue efficiently and with great results. Awesome Firm!! Thanks!

We’ve started working with Frost Tax Law on our ERC claim that had stalled and was getting extremely frustrated with working with (or dealing with) the IRS. He was able to expedite a quick response as well as getting our claims approved and paid when I was barely able to get a response from the IRS. Highly recommend
