Frost Law is pleased to announce that attorney Heather Posey has been named an Emerging Leader honoree at the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants (MACPA) 2025 Voices of Impact: Women to Watch & Leadership Forum, taking place on September 17 in Baltimore, MD.

The Voices of Impact awards celebrate women who are shaping the future of the accounting and legal professions through their leadership, innovation, and dedication to their communities. As an Emerging Leader honoree, Heather is being recognized for her outstanding professional accomplishments, commitment to clients, and contributions to the broader business and legal community—particularly her extensive pro bono work.

Speaking with Rebekah Olson, CPA, CEO of MACPA, Heather said that seeing the real-world impact of her work keeps her motivated.

“Finances directly control someone’s day-to-day living — the care they receive, the food they eat, the time with their family. Good financial health is vital to well-being.”

Heather’s recognition is a reflection not only of her individual achievements but also of Frost Law’s ongoing commitment to supporting and advancing leaders who are making a meaningful impact.
