Join Rebecca Sheppard and Kaitlyn Loughner as they examine the Collection Due Process (CDP) and Collection Appeal Request Process (CAP). You will learn what these two processes are and how to best use them for your client's benefit.

Each attendee will be asked to volunteer for a case at the conclusion of the event. Due to this requirement, your information will be shared with the Maryland Volunteer Lawyer Service. There will be a happy hour from 4:00 p.m.- 5:00 p.m. prior to the start of the session.
