Fireside Chat: ERC Tax Bill

Leaders in Congress have come to an agreement on a tax bill that will likely end the ERC program. Once passed, taxpayers will likely be precluded from filing new claims (or have a very short window to file). We are hearing that this could pass in the next couple of weeks.

The IRS is still processing ERC claims and telling eligible taxpayers to file their claims. If you still intend to file for the tax credit, it is going to be very important to move quickly to get your documents ready and have your claim submitted before the end of the program.
