Thomas Fowlkes joined Frost Law in 2026, bringing a mission-first mindset forged during his service as an Infantryman in the U.S. Army’s elite 10th Mountain Division. He paired this foundational operational leadership with academic rigor, earning his Bachelor of Science in political science from Arizona State University. He is currently expanding his legal expertise at the University of Baltimore School of Law, where he is pursuing his Juris Doctor (J.D.) with an anticipated graduation in 2027.
