Background & History
Qiara Butler joined Frost Law in 2026 as an Associate, bringing a strong background in Commercial Litigation. She earned her Juris Doctor from the University of Baltimore School of Law in 2024, following a Master of Public Administration and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Maryland, College Park. Qiara is committed to providing clients with clear and effective legal support during challenging times, particularly in tax-related matters. Her recent admission to the U.S. District Court for the District of Maryland enhances her ability to advocate on behalf of her clients in federal court. Beyond her legal practice, Qiara is actively involved in her community. She serves on the Executive Board of Maryland Legal Aid's Equal Justice Associates and is a member of the Alliance of Black Women Attorneys of Maryland, Inc. Additionally, she is part of the LifeBridge Leadership Society, where she collaborates with other leaders to promote positive change. Qiara's dedication to her clients and her community reflects her commitment to justice and equitable legal representation.
