We sought help to settle a Maryland Tax dispute which we couldn't successfully settle ourselves after 3 years. The dispute was large enough that we decided to hire a tax lawyer. We worked with Nicolas Berger who got the dispute settled in our favor in about 3 months time.

I was in need of assistance with a daunting tax issue, and Nicholas Berger, Esq. handled my case and fully resolved the issue for me with tremendous competence and compassion. I highly recommend Frost and Associates for any type of tax resolution.

Nick & the team at Frost Law were efficient, friendly and professional while acting as our voice to resolve a complex tax issue. Great job!

I contacted 6 law firms. Out of 6, I talked to 4 over the phone and 2 over email. Frost & associates, was the only one that listened closely, asked the appropriate questions during the consultation phase. Others were rushing, non attentive, and almost dismissive. Frost was the only one that made me felt heard and assured. After I decided to go with Frost, they were on top of everything, every single step of the way. Kept me in the loop, provided me with case updates regularly. They got my case dismissed before it even went to hearing.

Special Shout out to Nick Berger for doing an amazing job.

If I could, I would give them 10 stars out of 5.

We’ve started working with Frost Tax Law on our ERC claim that had stalled and was getting extremely frustrated with working with (or dealing with) the IRS. He was able to expedite a quick response as well as getting our claims approved and paid when I was barely able to get a response from the IRS. Highly recommend

I found Frost Law Firm online after desperately searching for ways to expedite the long, painful process of getting desperately needed covid-19 pandemic era tax credits in 2024. Their legal team, including Hunter Scott, of this firm literally was one of my life-jackets on the fast-sinking ship of my business. Through their work with the IRS on my behalf, I had 90% of the tax credit refunds in hand by the close of 2025, which helped me turn things around. I highly recommend their expertise when it comes to the tax laws.

Even without engaging, the partners of this law firm give incredible advise and think of their clients first. I had the pleasure of speaking with Peter and we was very thourough and helped me understand my legal strategy better. Highly recommend, will definitely engage the firm who needed. TOP NOTCH!

Thank you to Heather Posey and Frost Law for helping my client with their tax dispute. As an accountant for over 38 years, I’ve worked with several attorneys over the years, and Heather stands out far above the rest. Her command of tax law, strategic thinking, and proactive communication are exceptional. She helped us resolve a complex federal tax issue efficiently and with great results. Awesome Firm!! Thanks!
