Background & History

Glen Frost is the Founder and Managing Partner of Frost Law. Frost Law offers multi-faceted legal representation across an extensive range of practice areas—always with a heightened awareness that tax law is likely to impact every aspect of its various practice areas in some way. With that understanding, the firm has a strong and resilient core, focused especially on Tax Controversy and Litigation, International Tax Matters, Tax Planning, Estate Planning, and Business Law Matters. Mr. Frost manages a team of experienced attorneys, certified public accountants, enrolled agents, and other professionals.

Since March of 2020, Frost Law has been heavily involved in providing legal advice related to pandemic related aid. Frost Law advises on legal matters related to the Employee Retention Credit and Paycheck Protection Program (PPP).  With its extensive experience navigating the Employee Retention Credit (ERC) since its inception, Frost Law finds itself uniquely positioned to help businesses that are currently dealing with uncertainties or tax controversies related to this credit.  Frost Law offers legal advice related to audits, appeals, and tax litigation issues related to the ERC.  Frost Law also provides second opinions and legal opinions related to eligibility for the ERC. Frost Law has initiated federal litigation on ERC claims that have not been paid as a result of the IRS Moratorium that was imposed in September of 2023.  

Mr. Frost is an attorney, certified public accountant, and Certified Financial Planner™. With his diverse background, he is able to provide a holistic approach to resolving legal, tax, business, and financial needs of clients. Mr. Frost focuses his national and international practices on tax matters, business law matters, and estate planning matters. Leveraging his experience as a CPA, Mr. Frost offers personal, compliance, and business tax planning services to owners, families, family businesses, private equity, and asset management stakeholders, as well as high net worth individuals. In addition, he focuses his practice on a wide variety of services that are associated with owning, managing, and preserving businesses and wealth, including asset protection, estate and succession planning, sensitive wealth transfers, and philanthropic planning.
