Allen Ayers, Senior Consultant at Frost Law, advises individuals, business owners, and families on tax, business, and estate planning, as well as financing, business valuation, and litigation support.

Allen Ayers holds a Master of Science in Taxation from the University of Baltimore School of Law and is a Certified Financial Planner® and a Certified Valuation Analyst. Over a career spanning more than three decades, he has provided accounting, valuation, and outsourced CFO services to clients across a wide range of industries, including professional services, government contracting, intellectual property, automobile and motorcycle dealerships, retail and wholesale sales, real estate development, and construction.

Allen Ayers has testified as a qualified valuation and forensic accounting witness in Maryland Circuit and District Courts and in federal court.

He is a past Chairman of the Maryland Association of CPAs’ Forensic, Valuation and Litigation Support Committee and currently serves on the Board of the Maryland Society of Accountants and Tax Preparers. Allen Ayers is an Eagle Scout and has served on the boards of several local and national nonprofit organizations.
