A Translation of Legal Concepts into Actionable Insights

Ms. Lundstedt has been a vital member of the Frost Law team since 2017. Before joining Frost Law, Ms. Lundstedt honed her tax law skills in private practice before serving for many years with the elite Bloomberg (formerly BNA) Business Entities Tax and Accounting Group, where she worked with renowned attorneys and scholars to ensure that its acclaimed platform and products reflected the highest quality of expert analysis in the ever-changing and fast-paced world of tax law. At Frost Law, Ms. Lundstedt skillfully applies her unique talents, professional experience, and adaptability across a spectrum of practice and product areas that are critical to clients and their strategic needs. When she’s not assisting clients, Ms. Lundstedt oversees the firm’s ongoing development of best practices for high-level and up-to-date legal analysis.  Her talent for translating complex legal concepts into actionable insights played a key role during the pandemic, where she covered essential COVID-relief measures PPP, EIDL, and the Employee Retention Credit (ERC). And her numerous writings on these topics balance the explanation of the nuances in law with the consolidation of what is most important to convey to business entities looking to take advantage of these credits.  Ms. Lundstedt also directs the firm’s stellar internship program, where she encourages law students to think dynamically, develop legal research and writing skills, and experience the legal process outside of the classroom.
