Frost Law is seeking a driven and empathetic Sales Consultant to join our growing practice. In this role, you will be the first substantive voice a prospective client hears — someone who listens carefully, builds trust quickly, and guides people through one of the most stressful financial situations of their lives.

You will work exclusively with inbound, warm, and nurtured leads — individuals and businesses who have already asked for help resolving their tax issues. There is no cold calling. Your role is to conduct thorough consultations, assess each client's situation, educate them on available resolution options, and shepherd them through the engagement and onboarding process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct in-depth consultations with inbound and nurtured prospects via phone and video
  • Assess each prospective client's financial and tax situation to determine program fit
  • Educate clients on IRS and state tax resolution options, including Offer in Compromise (OIC), Installment Agreements, Penalty Abatement, Currently Not Collectible (CNC) status, and compliance strategies
  • Guide clients through the engagement and onboarding process with clarity and professionalism
  • Maintain accurate, detailed records of all client interactions and pipeline activity in the CRM system
  • Follow up consistently and respectfully with prospects throughout the decision process
  • Collaborate with internal tax attorneys, CPAs, and Enrolled Agents to ensure proper case assessment and handoff
  • Meet defined performance metrics including consultation volume, conversion rate, and pipeline activity
  • Represent Frost Law's values of empathy, integrity, and client-first service in every interaction

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of consultative or phone-based sales experience
  • Strong active listening and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex topics clearly
  • Demonstrated ability to build trust and rapport with clients navigating financial or legal challenges
  • Organized, self-directed, and comfortable managing an active pipeline of opportunities
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Clio, Salesforce, or a similar CRM platform
  • Prior experience in tax resolution, debt settlement, financial services, or legal/compliance-based sales is strongly preferred
  • Familiarity with IRS collection processes and resolution pathways, or a strong willingness to learn
  • Exposure to structured sales methodologies (NEPQ, Sandler, SPIN, Challenger, or similar) is a plus
