Background & History

Glen Frost is the Founder and Managing Partner of Frost Law. Frost Law offers multi-faceted legal representation across an extensive range of practice areas—always with a heightened awareness that tax law is likely to impact every aspect of its various practice areas in some way. With that understanding, the firm has a strong and resilient core, focused especially on Tax Controversy and Litigation, International Tax Matters, Tax Planning, Estate Planning, and Business Law Matters. Mr. Frost manages a team of experienced attorneys, certified public accountants, enrolled agents, former IRS employees, and other professionals.

Currently, Frost Law finds itself uniquely positioned to help businesses that paid W-2 employees during the pandemic to determine their eligibility for securing a significant government relief measure in the form of a refundable tax credit—the Employee Retention Credit (ERC). The firm has a staff of more than 40 professionals working on this underutilized relief program and has been able to recover significant refunds for many small businesses.  Frost Law offers a complimentary review of the client's records to determine eligibility—even offering second opinions after a client, accountant, or payroll company has already filed a claim.  Frost Law has recovered hundreds of thousands, and in some cases millions, of additional dollars in refunds (for both initial review and second opinion contexts).

Mr. Frost is an attorney, certified public accountant, and Certified Financial Planner™. With his diverse background, he is able to provide a holistic approach to resolving legal, tax, business, and financial needs of clients. Mr. Frost focuses his national and international practices on tax matters, business law matters, and estate planning matters. Leveraging his experience as a CPA, Mr. Frost offers personal, compliance, and business tax planning services to owners, families, family businesses, private equity, and asset management stakeholders, as well as high net worth individuals. In addition, he focuses his practice on a wide variety of services that are associated with owning, managing, and preserving businesses and wealth, including asset protection, estate and succession planning, sensitive wealth transfers, and philanthropic planning.

I have known Glen, and many of the attorneys in his office, in a professional capacity for many years now. I am comfortable referring family and friends to the firm because I know that the attorneys at Frost & Associates will always be courteous and attentive to their clients. F&A consistently turns out great and thorough work, and I will continue to recommend them to anyone who is in need of a great tax attorney.

Frost and Associates is by far the best and most knowledgeable Tax Law Firm in Maryland. We had a very complicated business tax matter that we discussed with many firms in the region. Several of those firms didn't even understand the law relating to our situation. We then met with Glen Frost who took the time to fully understand our situation and even gather further information on our behalf, even before we had retained the firm. Glen Frost and our primary attorney Nick Burger worked tirelessly to get us the desired result even when other firms said it was not possible. We cannot say enough good things about this firm and should we ever have any tax issues again in the future, there is no question whose counsel we will seek.

Mr. Frost and his staff are truly experts in the tax field. I needed assistance and they reassured me and provided attentive oversight and kept me informed, to a successful conclusion. I had called others before choosing Mr. Frost, and he seemed to be priced reasonably and really cared about my situation.
