Ryan Deangler, CPA, Tax Consultant at Frost Law has approximately 13 years of public accounting experience.  He currently oversees all tax department operations, manages key client relationships, supervises associates and staff, prepares and reviews income tax filings for clients in various industries and taxing jurisdictions.  He consults with clients on a variety of issues including income tax planning and strategy, special tranasctions and general operations.

Ryan specializes in flow through and individual taxation, including S-Corporations and Partnerships, and has worked on tax engagements in various industries including construction, real estate, manufacturing and distribution, government contacting, not for profits and personal services.  He has experience in State and Local taxation issues in all 50 states including credits and incentives, nexus analysis, and State notice resolutions. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Maryland Association of Certified Public Accountants.

Ryan joined the firm in August of 2020 following 3 years at a national firm, and 7 years at local firm in the Baltimore area. He holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting from Loyola University Maryland.  He currently serves as the Treasurer of the Grunwald Club, Inc., a non-profit organization in Baltimore City and is an active member in the greater Baltimore City community, where he resides.
