Jillian grew up on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. Seeking a change for city life, she attended Loyola University of Maryland in Baltimore. While there she studied Business Administration and Information Systems, graduating with honors. Before starting law school at the University of Baltimore School of Law, she worked at The Bank of Delmarva as a Credit Associate. In her free time she enjoys going to the beach and surfing, as she used to be a competitive surfer growing up.
