Delano is an enrolled agent at Frost Law. He began his career as an Accounting Assistant/Bookkeeper at an accounting firm in Landover, Maryland. There Delano experienced various accounting functions such as preparation of financial statements, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledgers, etc. He then became employed with the Internal Revenue Service as a Revenue Agent auditing financials of individuals and businesses tax returns. Delano moved on and became a Criminal Investigator for the Internal Revenue Service working on criminal cases such as tax evasion, money laundering, and corrupt tax preparers as well as undercover work and Executive Protection Detail.
Delano retired from the United Postal Inspection Service as a Postal Inspector where he investigated mail crimes such as mail fraud, identity theft, suspicious packages, threats through the mail, as well as assisting with drug and mail theft cases. During Delano’s career, he was an Adjunct Professor at P.G. Community College where he taught Basic Accounting, Basis Federal Tax I, and Payroll Accounting.
Delano resides in Edgewater, Maryland where he went from elementary to high school. He is married with grown children. Delano enjoys his yard work, coaching kids in basketball and football, cookouts with family and friends, and teaching hand-dancing. His football team is the Washington Football team.
