Ben is an associate in the Frost Law Annapolis office and a member of the tax group. Ben's practice is focused on supporting and facilitating transactions (including cash, securities, real estate, and crypto assets) and organizational transformation in a tax-efficient manner. Ben also provides support and resolution services in tax collection matters, disputes, and litigation.

Prior to joining Frost, Ben worked in Big 4 public accounting where he provided M&A tax, audit, and compliance services, including tax diligence, structuring, and attribute analysis. He also supported client tax department activities to integrate and separate businesses. In addition, Ben has operated as a solo legal practitioner counseling clients on general business matters and tax.

Ben received his J.D. from the Fordham University School of Law, where he was a member of the International Law Journal and president of the Jewish Law Students Association. He is a member of the Ohio Bar.
